i "met" Amir for the 1st time in an alternative social networking site sometime mid last year. his profile did not have a photo of his own but the photo above was sent to be by him as some sort of identification. we finally met in-the-flesh a few months later, in August. i've first read about him in FHM (can't remember which year) when he made The Big Durian.

this young lady sent me a short note all the way from where she's now. i thought i'd never hear from her again after our convocation in June. alhamdulillah she's doing fine. like any other friend would - i give her my best. belajar rajin-rajin, okay?
i didn't expect i'd cry tears of happiness for this guy. we've known each other since late 2006. due to where he's located now...i have to admit we don't get to see each other much. he's bluntly honest most of the time, and that's why i still keep him as a friend. he's due to leave for Haj somewhere in mid-November. alhamdulillah - he's achieved another personal milestone, to be invited by Him to be amongst His honoured guests in the Holy Land.
